Copied content removal FAQ
Do I need a registered trademark?
No. Your own product text and photos are covered by copyright, which you have without registering anything.
Will the site disappear completely?
The copied pages leave Google's results once Google approves the request. The site still opens for anyone with the link. If it steals card numbers or passwords, we work to get the site itself taken offline instead.
Can you guarantee the pages will be removed?
No one can promise that, because Google makes the final call. On a monthly plan, if none of the sites we took on has gone offline, been suspended, received a browser warning or had its pages removed from Google's search results within 30 days of our first report, we refund your first payment. It applies once, must be requested within 30 days, and doesn't apply if we couldn't start because your authorization letter was missing.
What if it moves to a new domain?
A site on a new domain counts as a new takedown. If it comes back on the same domain, we report it again at no extra charge once you confirm.
What does it cost?
Monthly plans include up to 3 takedowns a month for $299, up to 10 for $499 or up to 20 for $899. A single takedown is $199 per site, paid once, on any plan.
Found a copy of your pages?
Paste the link. A copy often answers "Not confirmed", and that's expected: choose Sign up and get it taken down. Signing up is free, you confirm the site copies yours, pick a plan or a single takedown, and we take it from there.
